This Financial Disclaimer ("Disclaimer") applies to SpendClear and related services operated by Bacenik LLC ("Bacenik," "we," "us," or "our"). This Disclaimer supplements and forms part of the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict, the Terms of Service control to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Educational and Informational Purposes Only
SpendClear is an educational and informational tool designed to help users evaluate modeled purchase impact using information they choose to provide.
SpendClear does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, insurance, credit, lending, banking, fiduciary, brokerage, debt-management, debt-relief, credit-repair, consumer-reporting, wealth-management, or other professional advice or services.
Nothing within SpendClear should be interpreted as a recommendation, solicitation, endorsement, approval, certification, guarantee, prediction, or instruction regarding any purchase, transaction, investment, financial decision, or course of action.

These outputs are informational scenario results generated from information, assumptions, rules, calculations, and configurations associated with the Service.
Such outputs:

- are not investment advice;

- are not underwriting decisions;

- are not guarantees of suitability;

Bacenik may withhold, limit, modify, or decline to generate outputs where the Service determines that available information may be insufficient, incomplete, inconsistent, unavailable, or otherwise unsuitable for modeling.
Not a Regulated Financial Institution
Bacenik is not acting as:
- a bank;
- a credit union;
- a lender;
- a loan servicer;
- a mortgage provider;
- a broker-dealer;
- an investment adviser;
- a financial planner;
- an insurance company;
- a money transmitter;
- a payment processor;
- a consumer reporting agency;

SpendClear does not issue credit, arrange loans, execute transactions, custody funds, hold deposits, provide brokerage services, or manage investments.
No regulatory authority has reviewed, approved, endorsed, certified, or guaranteed the Service unless expressly stated otherwise.
Category Intake, Smart Scan, Camera, OCR, and Similar Features
Where available, SpendClear may provide optional features that assist with entering information, including camera-based, barcode-based, OCR-based, scanning, categorization, or similar functionality.
Such features:
- are provided for convenience only;
- may misread prices, labels, tags, receipts, text, categories, or other information;
- may contain errors or inaccuracies; and
- require user review and confirmation.
Users remain solely responsible for verifying all information before relying upon it.
Category totals, basket totals, line items, estimated amounts, and similar values are not receipts, invoices, tax calculations, accounting records, payment confirmations, or official transaction records.
Currency Conversion
Where display currency conversion is available, exchange rates are provided for informational and display purposes only.
Displayed exchange rates may be delayed, estimated, cached, rounded, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate.
Actual exchange rates, payment-card rates, banking rates, merchant rates, tax treatment, and transaction costs may differ materially.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, SpendClear scoring and calculations rely on user-provided inputs rather than real-world transaction execution.
Third-Party Information and Services
The Service may rely upon third-party providers, infrastructure, exchange-rate services, software components, APIs, data sources, or related technologies.
Bacenik does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, completeness, reliability, security, or continued operation of any third-party service or information source.
Future versions of the Service may incorporate automated technologies, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar tools. Unless expressly stated otherwise, such technologies are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.
No Reliance
You acknowledge and agree that:
- you use the Service at your own risk;
- you are solely responsible for decisions made using the Service;
- you will not rely exclusively on Service outputs when making important decisions; and

Bacenik does not undertake any fiduciary duty, advisory duty, suitability obligation, or duty of care regarding your financial decisions solely through operation of the Service.
Emergency and Crisis Situations
SpendClear is not an emergency service, crisis service, debt-relief service, credit-counseling service, legal-aid service, mental-health service, or financial rescue service.

Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bacenik disclaims responsibility for decisions, actions, transactions, obligations, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, or consequences arising from or related to use of the Service or reliance on Service outputs.
